Joining the dermatology sector of Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in 2011, Candee Wright, RN, BSN, is a 2011 graduate of the nursing program at the University of Delaware. Shortly thereafter, Candee began working with Dr. Sabini broadening her experience to include facial plastic surgery. In 2013, after extensive training in non-invasive technologies, Candee expanded her expertise to include Ultherapy as well as cosmetic injectables later becoming a Nurse Injector. Her knowledge, passion and continued growth with the practice has led to her current role as Nurse Supervisor of the facial plastic clinical staff. A native Delawarean, Candee enjoys spending time with her husband, son and extended family.

Samantha Purnell, RN, BSN joined Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in 2013 working in dermatology. Upon graduating from the nursing program at the University of Delaware in 2015, Sam began working with Dr. Sabini expanding her knowledge to include cosmetic and facial reconstructive surgeries. Dedication to her role and providing strong patient relations has made Sam an integral part of the facial plastics team. Sam, a Delaware native, has a passion for photography capturing many priceless memories for family and friends. She enjoys spending time at the shore with her husband.

While attending St. Georges Technical High School as part of the certified nursing assistant program, Kourtney began her career with Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in 2012 as a co-op student. Her hard work and passion for learning lead to a full-time position upon graduation. Working in many different aspects of the company, Kourtney continued to excel and recently expanded her knowledge to include cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. After receiving her Medical Assistant certification in 2018, she continues to be an asset to the facial plastic team. Kourtney, a Delaware native, has a strong passion for animals. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, two dogs, and pet pig as well as tending to her chicken coup.

Lori, a certified medial assistant, joined Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in 2003 working with Dr. Scott Panzer. After three years gaining experience in the dermatology sector of the practice, she transitioned into the cosmetic area. While working alongside Dr. Sabini, Lori increased her knowledge of both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures showing a strong presence on his team and ultimately leading to her current role of Patient Care Coordinator. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Lori has called Delaware home for many years. Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, five children and five grandchildren as well as horseback riding and country line dancing.

A Delaware native, Joyce joined Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in 2006 bringing fifteen years of medical office experience including non-profit, primary care and managing in a concierge setting. Driven by a strong work ethic she quickly gained specialty care knowledge and began handling surgical scheduling and authorizations. A former baton twirling instructor, Joyce enjoys reading, ice hockey and time spent with her son and husband of 34 years.

Diana was born and raised in Delaware. She grew up in Hockessin and attended St. Mark’s High School. Diana received her nursing degree from Delaware Technical Community College and joined Premier Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery shortly after graduating. Diana’s 7 years in dermatology and MOHS Surgery has helped her transition into the aesthetic and plastic surgery industry. She enjoys interacting with the patients and strives to provide the best experience for all patient’s. Diana is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree at Wilmington University and will receive her BSN in the fall of 2018. Outside of work, Diana spends her time with her husband and their chocolate lab, Bear, hiking and traveling.

Jessica RN, BSN graduated from Misericordia University in 2009. Jessica’s nursing career began in Westchester, New York working with a well-established plastic surgeon and hand surgeon, where she held the position of his lead nurse and coordinator. Jessica married in 2012 and relocated to Delaware to advance her career in perioperative services. Jessica worked in the operating room at AI DuPont Hospital for Children and was the nursing coordinator for plastic surgery. She was an active member in starting up their very first surgical center in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Jessica joined Dr. Sabini’s facial plastic surgery team in 2016 and recently transitioned to working with Dr. Roussalis. On Jessica’s time off from work, she enjoys traveling with her husband Mike and spending time with family & friends. Jessica is a true believer in living life to the fullest and enjoying every moment.

Alyssa, a certified medical assistant, joined premier dermatology and cosmetic surgery in 2014 working with the General Dermatology department. She wanted to expanded her knowledge to include cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and recently joined the plastics department in July 2019. She enjoys helping patients and making them feel good about themselves whether it be after a skin cancer reconstruction or a cosmetic procedure. Born and raised in Newark, DE. Alyssa loves spending time with her Husband, Dog (Madden) and Friends in her free time.

Alexis is a Delaware native and grew up in North Wilmington. She attended Wilmington University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science in 2009. Alexis joined Premier Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in 2017, bringing with her 12 years of medical office experience. She transitioned over to Dr. Roussalis’ plastic surgery team in the fall of 2018. Alexis is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Wilmington University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children.

Daryn is our Lead Aesthetician and has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry and will leave you with renewed skin. She started in the makeup industry, training under professional artists and working for MAC Cosmetics, which led to her passion for creating flawless skin. She enrolled in Aesthetics at Rizzieri's Aveda Institute and began working at spas doing facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasions. Daryn enjoys pairing her aesthetic eye and her skincare background to provide her patients with a comprehensive treatment and experience. She has a special talent for analyzing the skin and enhancing her patients' personal appearance using the latest and greatest technologies. Daryn is certified in multiple laser treatments as well as Coolsculpting and Radio Frequency Microneedling. She also specilizes in laser hair removal, skin tightening and problematic skin conditions such as melasma, rosacea, acne scaring and sun damaged skin. Daryn continues to research and attend seminars and trainings to make sure she providers her clients here at Premier Spa & Laser Center with the most advanced treatments.

Sara graduated from University of Delaware with her Bachelors in Science of Nursing.  Before joining Premier, Sara started her nursing career at Christiana Hospital. She joined Premier over 10 years ago, as the nurse manager to our board certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Paul Sabini. She has worked side by side with Dr. Sabini in all aspects of his practice. That experience has allowed her to have excellent knowledge of surgery as well as understand the natural aging changes of the face. Under the guidance of Dr. Sabini, she developed and fine-tuned her techniques in the art of facial injections. She is currently working in our spa, following her true passion of aesthetics full time.  Sara’s aesthetic eye, soft touch, outgoing personality and nurturing demeanor are key factors in her ability to develop long-term relationships with her clients. Her background with both surgical and non-surgical procedures provides the basis for her expert consultations.  She specializes in facial aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins and Ultherapy, which restore and enhance our natural beauty. She attends a number of injectable courses and webinars throughout the year to keep up to date on the newest and most advanced techniques and technologies available. She is a member of the OFPSA The Organization of Facial Plastic Surgery Assistants and one of her favorite events to attend is the annual AAFPRS conference. Sara resides in Wilmington, DE with her husband, two daughters and twin sons. She enjoys spending her free time with her family in Lewes, DE- boating and relaxing.
